1. Agreement to Terms

Raffaela Greco is a certified health coach but not a licensed physician, dietitian, or medical professional. All content, coaching sessions, digital resources, and guidance are educational in nature and are not intended as medical advice. Always consult your physician before making changes to your diet, lifestyle, or supplement routine.

3. Services Offered

Eating With Purpose LLC offers:

  • 1:1 health coaching
  • Educational materials (PDFs, masterclasses, recipe books)
  • Digital programs or courses

These services are delivered online and may include video calls, email/text support, and downloadable content.

4. Client Responsibilities

You understand and agree that:

  • You are responsible for your own health decisions.
  • You will communicate honestly and openly with your coach.
  • You will not use coaching as a substitute for licensed medical or psychological care.
  • You are at least 18 years old or have written parental consent.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon booking unless a payment plan has been arranged. Accepted methods include credit/debit card or approved digital platforms. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Coaching calls must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments without notice may be forfeited without refund or rescheduling. Repeated cancellations may result in termination of services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including graphics, PDFs, videos, logos, and branding) is the intellectual property of Raffaela Greco and Eating With Purpose LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or use this content without written permission.

8. Confidentiality

All private health information shared during coaching will remain confidential unless:

  • You provide written consent to share it,
  • Disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm or abuse).

9. Technology and Limitations

You understand that coaching is delivered via digital means and requires a stable internet connection. Eating With Purpose LLC is not responsible for technical issues or interruptions outside its control.

10. Termination of Services

Eating With Purpose LLC reserves the right to terminate coaching services at any time if:

  • A client violates the terms of this agreement,
  • There is evidence of abuse, disrespect, or inappropriate conduct,
  • The coach deems that services are no longer appropriate for the client’s needs.

11. Modifications

These terms may be updated at any time. Clients will be notified of major changes. Continued use of the website or coaching services implies acceptance of any revisions.
